Sparks and Smoke BBQ FAQs

* What are your hours? *

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., unless we sell out earlier. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

* Where are you located? *

We are located at 970 S McCarran Blvd., Suite 102, Sparks, NV 89431. We are on the east side of S McCarran Blvd. between Greg St. and Glendale Ave., in the same center as Woody’s Grille and Spirits, First Independent Bank and Subway.

* Do you have dine-in available? *

We have limited capacity dine-in available until one hour before we close or we run out of food. There are also a couple tables outside to enjoy the nice weather, when Mother Nature allows. We do not take reservations, and seating is first-come, first served.

* Do you offer delivery? *

At this time, we are not contracted with ANY delivery service.

* Can I order online? *

You can place an online order at any time for pickup between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (unless we’ve sold out earlier). Sorry, we are unable to offer pickup any earlier or later than this. If we have run out of a particular item or it looks like we are going to sell out early, we will take the item off the online menu or shut online ordering down completely. Occasionally, if we get too many orders at once, we will temporarily suspend online ordering until we can get caught up. If you are unable to order online and have questions, please call us for further information.

* Can I call in my order instead of ordering online? *

Yes, you may call us during normal business hours to place your order. Our earliest scheduled pickup time is 11:00 a.m. Our latest scheduled pickup time varies based on inventory. Due to too many orders being called in and not picked up, payment is now required on all take out orders. Please note that we DO NOT take orders via Facebook, Messenger, or Voicemail. You must speak to an actual person on the phone to place a pickup order or order online for your order to be confirmed. Please have a pick up time in mind when placing your order. We cannot choose a pick up time for you.

* Will my food be ready when I get there? *

In most cases, yes. On occasion, we get extremely busy unexpectedly and run behind. However, we do our best to have your food ready at the time you selected when you placed your order. Please call us if you are running late. We are unable to remake orders if you were unable to get here at your requested pick up time. If your order has already been made and you are running late, we can keep it warm for you, but only if you let us know.

* I’ve been trying to call you, but I can’t get through! *

We only take calls during normal business hours. We are not able to take calls before we open or after we close. During business hours, we occasionally aren’t able to answer the phone if we have a lobby full of people. If you aren’t able to get through or have been placed on a longer than usual hold, please be patient. Give it a few minutes and call us back, or use our online ordering option. There are occasions when people will continue to call every 10 seconds and we will take the phone off the hook so we can help the people in front of us. If this happens, please try us back in a few minutes. We will reconnect the phone as soon as we are able to, but it’s very difficult to help the people in front of us when the phone won’t stop ringing.

* Do you cater? *

We are unable to offer full-service, on-site catering at this time. However, we are able to accommodate some larger orders for pick up. Please feel free to give us a call to see if we are able to help you with your event. Anywhere from 3 to 7 days advanced notice is required for all large orders (meaning more that 5 lbs of bulk meats or 10 Sammiches, Plates, etc) and prepayment is needed to secure your order.
